i-PhD competition 2021

Organized by the ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l’Innovation, in partnership with Bpifrance, the i-PhD competition was created to strengthen support for the creation of innovative technological companies and to better support the development of Deeptech start-ups in connection with public research establishments and their valuation ecosystem.

Who is the competition for?

For PhD students from the second year of their thesis or PhDs having defended their theses for less than 3 years, with an innovative project attached to a lab and supported by your institution’s technology transfer structure, or by PSL’s innovation and entrepreneurship department, at the following address: psl.valo@psl.eu

• Immersive and inspiring highlights in the Deeptech ecosystem
• 1 year of mentoring by an experienced contractor
• 1 promotional video for the i-PhD Grand Prix projects in design Fiction
