PhDTalent Career Fair: the largest forum dedicated to the recruitment of PhDs

For the 8th edition, the PhDTalent Career Fair will take place on October 18, 2019, at CENTQUATRE in Paris.

The PhDTalent Career Fair has become a must-attend event bringing together thousands of PhD students and PhDs (all disciplines) and nearly 150 companies of all sizes.

Organized in partnership with all the institutions of Ile-de-France, the PhDTalent Career Fair is a space of exchange, where the decompartmentalization of the academic and private world is concretized through:

  • recruitment stands;
  • stands and workshops where researchers with IP can discuss technology transfer and business development opportunities with startups;
  • professional pitch competitions;
  • introductory workshops on entrepreneurship;
  • round tables and conferences organized to bring out ideas to remove the barriers between the academic world and the private sector.

Back in figures on the 2018 edition

The PhDTalent Career Fair 2018, held on October 5th, attracted 4 393 visitors, an increase of 25% over the previous year.

Nearly 230 PhD students and PhDs from Université PSL were present at the forum.
